We accept returns for refund or exchange, on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind you are ordering a unique piece of art or photography that has been produced for your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided for your order is accurate including names and addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 2 days of receiving the photography or artwork at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage. Please include photos of the damaged item. Once your refund or exchange is approved then return the damaged item to us. The decision to exchange the item or refund the item is at the discretion of Michael J. Vega Photography. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement or we will refund the full purchase price of your item minus shipping based upon our sole discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 -14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures attached of the item to determine if the item is damaged and therefore warrants an exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item to us.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When an order is placed the order is reviewed and process within 1-3 business days. Once the order is finalized internally it is produced and shipped within 7-14 business days. Shipping of the items depends on size, weight, and distance to final destination please allow 10 days from date of shipment confirmation for your item to arrive within the lower 48 states. Please bear in mind that COVID-19 has also created unforeseen delays in production and shipping of items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Michael J. Vega Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Michael J. Vega Photography will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
